Return Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

At PayForDeal, we strive to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible products.

2. Eligible Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unblemished, and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be intact and included.
  • If the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please refer to our Open Box Delivery & DOA Replacement policy below.

3. Open Box Delivery & Instant DOA

We provide an Open Box Delivery service to ensure your product is physically intact upon delivery. If the delivery executive opens the box and the product is found to be physically damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will initiate an instant replacement on the spot. If a defect is found after the executive leaves, you must report the DOA issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective or DOA. These include:

  • Screen protectors and tempered glasses that have been applied.
  • Software, digital downloads, or activated subscriptions.
  • Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, navigate to your Account dashboard and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email. A pickup will be scheduled, and our delivery partner will verify the product's condition before accepting the return.
