Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed when a returned item is successfully received by our warehouse and passes the quality check, or if an order is cancelled before it has been shipped.

2. Processing Time

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends on the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days.
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days.
  • UPI: 1-2 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be prompted to provide your bank account details or UPI ID for a direct transfer, which typically takes 3-5 business days.

3. PayCoins and Promotional Discounts

If you used PayCoins to pay for a portion of your order, the PayCoins will be credited back to your account ledger. Any promotional discounts or coupon codes used during the purchase are non-refundable and will not be re-issued.

4. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our fulfillment center for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a standard return subject to our Return Policy.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
